Sales, Service at Annapolis Junction, MD, to Relocate

In order to better serve our customers, the machine sales and service functions at our Annapolis Junction, MD, store are moving nearby to our Elkridge, MD, store at 6387 Old Washington Road. Parts ordering and pick up as well as equipment rentals are not affected by the move and will remain at our Annapolis Junction location.

Effective September 1, 2023, customers who previously would have dropped off machines for service at Annapolis Junction or visited there for machine sales should instead go to our Elkridge location approximately 15 minutes away.

“We continue to experience increased demand for a wide variety of rental equipment throughout the Annapolis Junction market,” says Johanna Cooper, Area Operations Manager. “To better serve our Rental customers and meet this demand, Carter Rental is expanding at the Annapolis Junction location, necessitating the relocation of machine sales and service to Elkridge.”

Parts inventory will be moving to our facility in Elkridge that is five times larger to better serve the region. With less than 1,800 line items stocked in our Annapolis Junction location, this move offers our customers immediate access to over 6,000 line items as well as next day availability from Baltimore.
